Title: Teamspeak and Windows XP
Post by: HSantal on February 28, 2018, 11:14:41 PM
Looks like Teamspeak for XP is dead. It wouldn't run on my second machine tonight.

Warning.

This server requires a newer client version.
Please update your client or visit www.teamspeak.com to download the latest version.

Do you want to check for updates now?

Yes  No

Clicking Yes gets this:

This is the last Teamspeak version available for Windows XP.

To upgrade Teamspeak and take advantage of the latest features and bug fixes, please
update your operating system to Windows Vista or newer.

Clicking No does nothing.
:(

Vista? Really?
Damn.

Lol, funny....

Just watched a video the other day where a fella was rummaging through some auction items (bankruptcy auction for NCIX tech business)
Guy found an ol' copy of XP sitting in a box;
 I joked how I'd love to run XP again - find some custom updates for security/safety's sake.. good to go. :P
